Jim Myers

Owner
Since 1968, Jim has serviced the Winchester and Frederick County motorcycle and ATV community. Starting with Triumph and BSA motorcycles, he built what we have today from a dirt-floor shop. Over the years, business and retail techniques have changed; however, his commitment to total customer service is taught until engrained in each of us, and is our driving core principle. You can catch Jim in here most days, or in his garage where he can be found restoring some of the nicest, cleanest 1950’s and 1960’s racers from Triumph, BSA, and Harley-Davidson® motorcycles you’ll ever see.

James Myers

General Manager
James started working for his father in March of 1999 and has been a part of every department in the dealership. Our customers say they’re reminded of Jim when they see him as they walk, talk, and act the same (for better or worse!); as if a time machine took them back thirty years ago. James is married with three children who all ride. His interests include Dirt Late Model racing, the Washington Redskins, Joe Gibbs MX, and watching the Dallas Cowboys lose.

Dawn Meadows

Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Dawn has been here as long as the studs in the walls, which is something that we all take for granted. She runs everything from H.R. to bookkeeping and back again. Without her, it’s hard to say how we’d find our way around here during the day. There are no doubts that Dawn is the glue that keeps this place together. Her interests include spending time with her family and the beach.

NEW + PRE-OWNED UNIT SALES | Meet our knowledgeable and friendly sales team

David Lupton

NEW & PRE-OWNED UNIT SALES
David joined our Sales Team in Feb. of 2011. David is Yamaha Sales Academy, Kawasaki Elite and Polaris® trained and certified. When he's not putting people on their dream rides, he's thinking about AMA flat track, NASCAR, dirt track racing, shooting, riding ATVs at Hatfield-McCoy, or getting his group, The Rusty Cricket Cruiser Riding Club, together for an outing. On Sundays, he’s rooting for “Da Bears!”

Adam McGuinn

NEW & PRE-OWNED UNIT SALES
Adam is the newest addition to the Valley Cycle Center sales team. He rides a Kawasaki Ninja ZX14 and KLR 650, is active in the Christian Motorcyclists Association and youth outreach programs, and is - a Cowboys fan. I think he has as much combined knowledge of Yamaha, Suzuki, and Kawasaki street bikes as half of the factories. He’s our “go-to” when we need to know the particulars about a certain model.

Karen Colvin

Finance and Insurance Manager
Karen is a relatively new addition to the Valley Cycle Center staff. After twenty-five years in another industry, we got lucky and Karen walked through our front door. She’s such a positive influence on everyone she meets and can be found with a warm smile and generous demeanor. Being from eastern Pennsylvania, naturally, she roots for Philadelphia Eagles, which make for some interest “talk” between James and Richie; however, they share a common interest in watching the Cowboys lose. Karen loves all things sports, and likely knows more about them than ESPN.

Richie Myers

NEW & PRE-OWNED UNIT SALES
While the youngest of the Myers boys, Richie is one of the longest-tenured employees at Valley Cycle Center. There’s not one aspect of the operations of this dealership Richie doesn’t know and understand. Over 18 years of experience have prepared Richie to be the “go-to guy” around here. He’s currently working on an old Yamaha SR500 street tracker (following in Jim’s restorative footsteps) and can be found rooting for the New York Giants on game day.

Kris Allen

Parts Master/Hero/International Spy
Kris has been here over fifteen years and has over twenty in the industry. A stalwart at the parts counter, our regulars come in looking for Kris to handle their orders. He can best be described as a consummate professional “parts guy,” the type who often doesn’t need to look up part numbers to know what he needs; these guys are hard to come by and we’re fortunate to have him. Kris can be found tuning Mustangs, fishing, or training his ruthless cat, Rambo, when not at Valley Cycle Center.

Kelly Hummer

Parts and Accessories
Kelly has been here for a couple of years now and we’re lucky to have him. He’s an industry veteran, understands your motorcycle, ATV, or UTV, and is ready and willing to help where he can. Kelly is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, and a fan of all sports in general. If Kelly greets you at the parts counter, you’ll be happy to deal with him.

Holly Endre

Online Parts and Accessories Sales
Holly has been working for Valley Cycle Center for over twenty years, taking a short hiatus to raise her super-smart daughter. Holly knows this business inside and out; you’d be hard pressed to ask her a question she didn’t know. She’s an active motocross fan, visiting local tracks and travelling to watch Supercross and Outdoor Nationals with her husband.

SERVICE | Meet our team of highly experienced and skilled technicians and Service staff.

Marcus Swaim

Technician
Marcus worked for us for ten years, but moved far away where he worked for another dealership. We received a call from him last fall saying he was moving back and we were ecstatic. Marcus is the consummate professional who has dedicated himself to his craft, and it shows in his work. Like Chris and Kelly, he’s a huge WVU fan and roots for the San Diego Chargers on Sundays. He’s also an avid outdoorsman.

Allen Crenshaw

Master Technician
If you know anything about motorcycles in the Northern Shenandoah Valley, chances are you know Allen. Allen has been here for over twenty-five years and we’d put him against any technician anywhere around. Knowledge is his power as he’s stayed current with factory training and has received Gold recognition from Yamaha and Suzuki testing, and is fully trained in Kawasaki. This guy is a mechanic, not a parts-swapper. No worries arise when he’s worked on your stuff. He’s active in crewing for Ryan Jones, a local boy who races an R1 with MotoAmerica, and can likely find him at a road course somewhere on the weekends.
